As part of our mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, you are required to submit a valid Aadhaar card. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Fees and Payments

To activate your business listing, a one-time activation fee of ₹300 is required. This fee is processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Easyservicemoney. We do not store your payment credentials directly.

4. Optional Referral Program

Easyservicemoney offers an optional referral program that allows users to earn money by inviting other businesses to join the network. Participation is completely voluntary. Earnings are subject to the verification of successful referrals and active account creations. Easyservicemoney reserves the right to withhold referral payments or suspend referral privileges if fraudulent activity or manipulation is suspected.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate our billing system or Razorpay payment gateway.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Easyservicemoney acts solely as a directory and promotional platform to help connect businesses with local customers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the actual goods or services provided by the businesses listed on our site. In no event shall Easyservicemoney be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and business listing at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, provide fraudulent KYC documents, or engage in behavior that harms our platform or other users.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhattisgarh, India.
