2. Account Activation Fee

To list your business on Easyservicemoney, we charge a one-time activation fee of ₹300. This fee covers the administrative costs of verifying your KYC documents (Aadhaar), setting up your account, and creating your public business profile on our platform.

3. General Refund Rule (No Refunds)

Because the ₹300 activation fee is applied immediately to the setup, processing, and publication of your business listing, all payments made to Easyservicemoney are generally non-refundable. Once a transaction is successful and your business profile is live, the service is considered fully delivered.

4. Exceptions for Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical Errors: If a technical error on our platform or with our payment gateway (Razorpay) results in a duplicate charge for a single account activation.
• KYC Rejection: If your account application is rejected by our team during the mandatory KYC verification process (e.g., due to unverified documents) and your business listing is never published, you may be eligible for a refund of the activation fee.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptions listed above, you must submit a request within 7 days of the original transaction date.

• How to Request: Please email us at easyservicemoney@gmail.com with your name, registered phone number, the date of the transaction, and the reason for the refund request.
• Processing Time: Once your request is received, our team will review it within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment via Razorpay. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Referral Program Earnings

Please note that this policy applies only to the account activation fee. Earnings generated through our optional referral program are subject to the specific terms of that program and do not constitute a "purchase" eligible for a refund.
